We prefer that entry fees be paid on-line, and we use Paypal to receive them. You do not need your own PayPal account. As is normal with Paypal, a transaction charge is applied for each transaction processed (not for each entry). This charge is levied by Paypal, not by the Festival. The amount of the transaction charge will be calculated and shown before payment is made.
If you prefer to pay by cheque and mail it to us, the system will calculate your fee and provide an entry reference to be noted on your cheque. Your entries will be held on file but will remain unconfirmed until your cheque is received.

On Line Entry
We are delighted to be able to offer on-line entry and payment through our use of “RunMyFestival”, a software product designed specifically for Festivals such as ours. We hope you will find the process intuitive and simple to use. To enter and pay online, you will need to create a Festival account on our system. If you used our system to enter last year, you will already have an account. Creation of an account is a simple process and ensures that we have a record of a valid email address for you. Please ensure you advise us if you change it later.
The on-line entry process has been tested and approved for use with the following browsers :-
Access using browsers not listed or mobile devices such as ‘phones, PDAs and tablets may produce unexpected results, although work is under way to rectify this.
Please note that you must set a password for your account. The combination of email address and password is required to protect your entries, the Festival database, and to ensure accountability. If you later forget your password, the system will permit you to request a password change. Once you have created your account, you can enter Festival classes yourself, or on behalf of others.
The system will send you emails confirming your entries, and later will advise you of performance scheduling times. As these emails are system-generated, some people find that they are regarded as ‘SPAM’. We recommend you check your Spam folder if you don’t receive expected emails in your normal email account.
We suggest you read (and perhaps print) our guide to the online process before you use it. Please click on the link to the right to download the guide in PDF format.
