Please read through our syllabus on our website. Some changes have had to be made to some classes to adapt to being virtual without losing the Festival altogether this year. There have been some changes to the committee also since holding our Zoom AGM on 10th June. We welcome Christopher Johnston who will join Janet Topping as leaders of the Pianoforte section. They have taken over from Alison Blenkinsop who did a stirling job over two years and we thank her for her hard work and kindness. We also welcome Sue Bethel who will be joining the Dance committee headed by Angela Watkins as Section Leader.
After all considerations it will be a challenge to go ‘Virtual’ this year but I am thrilled that we have a Festival 2021 taking place and thank all those who have given up their time to “get the show on the road”! I wish all candidates a wonderful experience.
Kind regards and keep safe.
Thank you to everyone who entered our 2021 Virtual Festival and helped to make it a resounding success.
